Serves 2-3 persons.
Our Truffle sauce and Foie Gras, is made using a generous amount of Truffles
(6%) and Foie Gras.
It brings refinement and excellence to all dishes , meats, pastas, cabbages,
white rolls, Foie Gras poëllé. Just heat up in a bain-marie
for 10 minutes.
At this point the nobility, the taste and the perfume of Truffles join
the consistent flavour of Foie Gras!
