Tagliatelli "à la Périgourdine"
Ingredients for 2-3 persons:
250g of fresh tagliatelli,
30g of Truffles in jar,
50g of butter,
Salt.
Cook the fresh tagliatelli in salted boiling water. Meanwhile, warm the
tin of Truffles in their juice. As soon as the fresh tagliatelli are cooked,
drain them and add the sliced Truffles, then the juice of truffles and
butter.
Serve very hot.
